- What if I forget my Parent's Area Password?
Go to "MORE" button in the bottom right of the parents section. "Edit Passcode." You can easily create a new password and click save. This will be your new password.
- How do I restore my purchases?
If you ever need to reinstall the app, simply click on the "Unlock" icon in the parents area main screen. In the store's main page, you can click on "restore" button in the top right corner.
- What happened to some of the games?
Due to incompatibility issues with the current app and bugs, we had to remove the puzzles, mazes, and matching game from the 2014 version. These were designed 5 years ago, and with all the updates Apple has done, they are no longer stable enough to be included in the app. If you wish to play these, they are still available in Santa's Magic Playland app. You may
download it here. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you understand.

How do I add a child?
To add a child, go to the "Parents" section on the app, which is located in the lower left hand corner. Click on "MANAGE KIDS", and then click on the "+" symbol near the top right of the screen. Next, you will be able to add your child's information and select a stocking icon for him or her.

When setting up my child, what is "Record Name" field?
During a "Request Santa" call, when the phone rings, it will announce this recording as an added personal touch so your child knows the call is special for him/her. You can be as creative as want; For example, you might say "Attention Child's name", or "HO-HO-HO, Child's Name"

How many children can I create/manage?
In the free version, you can add up to two children (iPhone). You can add unlimited children after you have unlocked the app. This means you can not only use this app for your kids, but for other children as well. This is great for friends, neighbors, and more. You can be the person with the "magic" phone that has contact with Santa Clause. This amazement and the smiles on their faces is priceless.

How does a child create a wish list?
It's simple! First tap on their stocking from the main fireplace menu screen. Next, have the child tap on "Call Santa" and they will instantly be directed to Santa Clause. Your child will hear Santa talking to them and will be instructed to leave him their wish list items after they hear the beep. The child may talk as long as they want. They may also call as many times and leave more wish list items to Santa, 24/7, 365 days a year!
- How do I watch/listen to a child’s wish list?
From the main fireplace menu screen, tap on the bottom left icon to enter the "Parents" section. Next, click "Hear Wish lists." It's that simple! Now choose the child, and you will then see a list of all dates that child has called Santa. Click the desired date. You will next see a list of times that day a message was recorded. Select the time, and watch/listen to the cute wish list phone call that child made thinking they were talking to Santa.
- How many wish lists can be created?
There's no limit to the number of times they can call Santa! Santa loves hearing from all the children around the world. Realistically, its really up to your phone's maximum storage capacity. Store wish lists of your children, friends, neighbors. Be the person who has the "magic phone" that can communicate with Santa.

What format is the wish list sound file stored in?
All video wish lists are recorded and saved in .mov format.
- How do I email a wish list?
From the main fireplace menu screen, tap on the bottom left icon to enter the "Parents" section. Next click on "Hear Wish lists", then select the date and time. On the screen where you listen to the wish list, click on the blue "Forward" button, on the right side of the screen, and enter as many email addresses you want to send it to. This email is sent out using your default email account setup on your iphone.

- What is Request Santa?
Request Santa is probably the most "useful" feature for a parent. You can now have 100% access to Santa Clause personally. Request him to either call your child and say a message of your choosing, or have Santa text message your child a message on your phone.

Is there a real call being made?
No, since everything is only simulating a phone call or text message, the app does not incur any additional charges whatsoever. All aspects of the call are built within the app, and stays within the app. This is not a live call from Santa. No airtime minutes, nor additional charges are needed.
- How do I request Santa to make call by child?
From the "Parents" main screen, click on "Request Santa" button and then choose “Telephone”. Now select the child's name, message you want your child to hear, and when you want Santa to call. The message are tailored towards your child's behavior. You will be able to choose from Good Behavior, Good Listening, Good in School, Not Behaving, Not Listening, Not doing their School work, or Not Sleeping. Your child will think Santa is really always watching, and will be amazed.
- How does the Record Voice feature work, and what is its function?
The NEW FEATURE FOR 2011 is that you can also PERSONALIZE certain calls by recording your voice, and we will disguise your voice as Milo, Santa’s Elf! Santa will then ask Milo a question during the call, and Milo will bring details into the phone call that your child would have never imagined! “Wow Mommy! How did Santa know I was polite with little Johnny?”
- How do I request him to text message?
From the "Parents" main screen, click on "Request Santa" button and then choose “Text Message”. Now select the child's name, and then customize the text message you want Santa to send the child. Last, select when you want Santa to text your phone. Create a text message to address any situation: "Santa is very glad to see that you ate all your green beans, even though you don't like the taste. I'm very proud of you!" Your child will be amazed at how detailed and prompt Santa's text message can be. This has a special impact on older, doubtful children.
- Do the text messages effect my carrier’s text messaging account?
They do not affect your carriers text messaging limits. Our text are displayed internally and does not go through any cell carriers networks. You can have Santa send as many text messages as you want. No airtime minutes, nor additional charges are needed.

- How do I know which stocking is whos?
Your child's stocking will have the first initial of their name (you entered when adding the child), and the cartoon icon that you chose. After tapping the stocking, the child's name is displayed on the top of the next screen.
